My Service

I have always been a person that loves to give.

I've always found happiness in knowing that I can make a positive change in those around me. Helping people—whether it's with health issues, socioeconomic struggles, right to education, mental health, or just everyday tasks—is something I've done for as long as I can remember. It's a big part of who I am, and beyond the joy of making a difference, I've learned countless life lessons and values from the people I've helped.

My own non-profit organization, Paint for a Change, is one that strives to help underserved hospitalized children through artistic expression.

Aproquen

During the summer of 2023, I volunteered as an art and recreational therapist at Aproquen, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free healthcare to extremely impoverished Nicaraguan children who have suffered severe burns.

Christmas Gift Time!

Every year during Christmastime, I take part in an event that donates toys to children of very poor backgrounds. With each year, we are able to give more and more toys and goodies to more and more children!

P.S

Unfortunately, I'm unable to share pictures of many children's hospitals, clinics, and orphanages that I have volunteered at due to strict privacy and safety regulations. To respect the children's privacy, I haven't taken pictures at these locations. However, any pictures I do have with children were taken only with the explicit permission of both the managers of the location and the parents or guardians of the children involved.
